Materials
Main Retreat
- A canvas (12 x 18 or bigger) or 140 lb watercolor paper or multimedia paper.
- pen & paper or journal
- Acrylic paints
- A variety of paintbrushes
- Sharpie
- Water jar
- Spray bottle
- Rag, old t-shirt or paper towels
Bonus Class (if registered)
- Painting from Sunday
- acrylic paints
- paintbrushes, water jar, spray bottle, rag
- You will need 3 to 4 paints for glazing, such as:
- Paints that start with Phthalo eg. phthalo green etc
- Paints that start with Quinacridona eg. Quinacridone Nickel Azo gold etc
- Transparent Red Oxide
NOTE: paints for glazing have to have a transparency to them in order to be
able to see through them
Because of circumstance right now, locally in Thunder Bay you can buy at The Dollar Store, Painted Turtle and Michaels. The last two are curb-side pick-up and have to be pre-ordered online.
